Vidarikand (Pueraria tuberosa) Tr. Rt. 16.70 g,
Meda (Polygonatum verticillatum) Rz. 8.33g,
Shudhh Konch (Mucuna pruriens) Sd. 8.33 g,
Kakoli (Roscoca procera) Rz. 8.33 g,
Giloy (Tinospora cordifolia) St. 8.33 g,
Varahikand (Discorea Bulbifera) Rt. 8.33 g,
Bala (Sida cordifolia) Sd. 8.33 g,
Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) Rt. 8.33 g
Take 5 – 10 g kwath powder in 400 ml water and boil it till 100 ml mixture left, then filter it and let it cool. Drink this empty stomach in morning 1/2 – 1 hour before breakfast and repeat this method in the evening and drink it 1/2 -1 hour before meal
