Q.1 When was Patanjali Ayurved Limited founded?

Patanjali Ayurved Limited was founded as a small pharmacy in Haridwar in 1997 by P.P. Swami Ramdev Ji Maharaj.

 

Q.2 What are the modes of payment?

Q.3 How do I know my order is confirmed?

We’ll send you an email once you have made payment and completed your purchase.

 

Q.4 What is time period of delivery?

Your items usually arrive between 0 – 3 Days of purchase for U.K Orders. International items can take up to 14 days for delivery.

 

Q.5 CAN WE GET DELIVERY NEXT DAY?

Yes, you can get the delivery next day if the order is placed before 11 AM Monday To Thursday. Orders placed on Friday will be Delivered on Monday. These will be despatched via our DHL Service.

 

Q.6 Which courier will deliver my item?

We use a network of trustworthy partners based on their speed and delivery to you. Courier partners –

  • DHL Service 
  • Royal Mail

 

Q.7 WHERE WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT FROM?

All items are sent from our U.K Despatch Centres.

 

Q.8 Do you send World Wide?

Yes. We use Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed Service which covers World Wide Destinations. Do check the Laws of your Country as some Countries have Restrictions. We will not be responsible for any Lost or Damaged items once it has left our U.K Despatch Department, so please check. We will provide a Tracking Ticket once we have sent it to Royal Mail.

 

Q.9 What is backorder?
